Toast and Marmalade

 


1 1/2 oz. Bourbon

1/4 oz. Scotch

1/2 oz. Honey Syrup

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1 tsp. Marmalade (jam, yo)

2 dash Mole Bitters

Vigorously shake all ingredients with ice; you may need a little extra violence to ensure that the marmalade is sufficiently incorporated in the mix. Strain into an ice-filled glass, and garnish with a sprig of thyme and/or an orange slice.
