Pumpkin Pie Tai



1 ½ ounces Light Rum

1 ounce Lime Juice

¾ ounce Dry Curaçao

½ ounce Orgeat

¼ ounce Absinthe

½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice, plus extra pinch for garnish

Mint sprig, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients and fill with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into an ice-filled glass. Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin spice on top, garnish with a mint sprig and serve.

This is complex and delicious, or deliciously complex!
