Hightail Out 1 oz. Light Rum 1 oz. Dry Vermouth ½ oz. Lemon Juice ½ oz. Grapefruit Juice ½ oz. Simple Syrup ½ oz. Cinnamon Syrup 2 dashes Mole Bitters 2 oz. Bubbly Water Shake everything (except the sparkling water) with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with sparkling water. 1 ½ ounces Light Rum 1 ounce Lime Juice ¾ ounce Dry Curaçao ½ ounce Orgeat ¼ ounce Absinthe ½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice, plus extra pinch for garnish Mint sprig, for garnish In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients and fill with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into an ice-filled glass. Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin spice on top, garnish with a mint sprig and serve. This is complex and delicious, or deliciously complex!
1 1/2 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. Dark Rum 3/4 oz. Allspice Dram Dash Vanilla Extract 1 oz. Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz. Lime Juice 1/4 oz. Orgeat 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple wedge (optional).
